What do you get when you play ass kickin riffs fast with fuckin great solos ...........?
You get good ole unadulterated rock'n'roll action and Diamond Head does just that with their "White album" .
If you have heard of Diamond Head through any other way than Metallica liner notes..well then tell me about it....this is a band that virtually lies hidden.....or something like that........but Metallica's liner notes are a great way to discover 80's underground filth....(Killing Joke,Angelwitch,Mercyful Fate,UFO and so on and so forth)
Now look 'ere there is nothing much to talk about or dispute here......you want to listen to good rock'n'roll well then listen to this shit,it sure won't dissapoint you if you are looking for a heavy, catchy riff......
The singer's voice is a bit weak for wailing and snarling and doesn't fit the metal sound but he nicely carries it through .The whole is album is chock full of great catchy riffs and fuckin' great bass lines(check out the Prince) and all that if you know what i mean.
If you don't .... then hear this album.
